I was on a business trip, I stayed there. When I made the reservation, they gave me the business rate, when i arrive, they changed the rate, and gave me a normal one. When I called my boss, he got mad, called them up, and they told me they would give me the business rate, they called me at my room and told me to talk to a lady called Elvia, and she would give me the business rate in the morning. In the morning I went to Elvia's office and she told me that they didn't have a business rate at all. The room in clean, the furniture is old. I would say its a 2 star hotel, not a 4. I call that mal adminsistration. I will never stay there again.
