Not sure about this place

I had an all inclusive package.
First they had no room keys available.
Second, they forgot to give us our complementary buffet passes--twice.
Third, I paid for the so-called complementary internet access. And we never got it.
Service was sub-par for the price we paid. We had to continually reiterate problems to them, and remind them when we had already requested something.
Great king condo suite. Cute buffet. But wouldn't go back because the service was so bad. The concierge wasn't at all helpful for recommending places to go, either.
