L'Esterel Resort & Conv Ctr, Esterel

I have stayed at this hotel only during the Winter around the Christmas holidays with family. All I can say is that the weeks spent at Hotel L'Esterel have been some of the most memorable. The hotel staff does everything in its power to accomodate you and make you happy. The hotel restaurant cuisine is some of the finest food I have ever eaten. The restaurant staff is meticulous, professional and polite. One of the waiters went as far as to save the last half of a whole cake my mother loved so she could have it several more times during our stay. They take special food requests and do it with a genuine smile. The downhill skiing is off site, which is a definite benefit as the ski staff picks which nearby mountain to go to each day, so you get to ski at several different places throughout your stay. Overall, a fabulous hotel in the beautiful Laurentiens.
