Quality Hotel Fallsview, Niagara Falls

Great little find. No frills but very clean and staff very accommodating. Wonderful beds, clean and comfortable. Great view on the sixth floor, east wing. Close to everything. All within walking distance. Visiting from Oshawa, Ontario.

We were so pleased with the price, location, free parking, helpful & friendly staff, and large, clean room. We traveled with another family and their only complaint was a stain in the carpet of their room. We stayed in the hotel portion and it was perfect for what we needed...a safe, clean place to sleep & shower...nothing fancy. Short walk to the Falls, Casino, dining...was a bit of a hike to Clifton Hill, but within reason. The pool appeared clean and we saw other families using it...we didn't have time to use it as so much to see & do in the area. Can't beat this deal.

This is our hotel. It's right across the street from Fallsview Casino. There is a hotel and a motel section. The hotel has been updated. We love the rooms, especially the Jacuzzi Suites. The rates are the best you can find. Already booked our room for the 4th of July weekend. Great rate!

Honestly.. We saw some reviews for the hotel from this site and from others and couldnt make up our minds. As for our stay it was amazing. As for the room (603 jacuzzi) it matched the photos on the web site. From our window we could see the amaerican falls and the stunt man to the left in the afternoon (i think 4ish).The cleaning staff was so nice, they made u feel welcome even when you were leaving. the front desk staff on the other hand should take a lesson in kindness from the cleaning staff they could of been better. the sheets were clean the bath tub was clean and the jacuzzi as well. you had the casino right beside you and the main strip only a block away, not to mention the falls just down the street what more could you ask for. i would most definently go back there again.

From the moment I saw the exterior I knet that I had made a big mistake. The building has not been painted since the place opened. First glance of the room not to bad until you realized how bad the carpet is stained, how umcomfortable the pillows are, and the bed even worse. The only highlight of place is the new casino across the street. HIDIOUS!!!!!

We booked the fallsview/jacuzzi room which was wonderful. The hotel is older and could definitely use a little TLC, but the room was clean and the front desk and cleaning staff were friendly. If you want luxury this is not your place, but if an affordable room in a great location is to your liking, this is the place for you.

I would not recommend the Cascade Inn to anyone. Granted, it is in a wonderful location, but it is not worth it. The motel part of the Cascade Inn looks very shabby from the outside and the hotel part is not much better. We went there in July 2006, and our air conditioner did not work! We were sweating in our sleep and the front desk was less than helpful. After our second call, the woman at the front desk told us the room was as cold as it was going to get, and there was nothing else she could do. Then she told us she would comp a portion of our room and when we checked out she rescinded that offer. We were nothing but polite and were treated very poorly. We asked to be moved to another room, but she said all that she had available was a room on the motel side which was not nice! I will never stay there again and would advise anyone to spend a few extra dollars and get a much better hotel who wants to retain future business.

This hotel is in the heart of it all! Just a few minutes walk to the falls- you can see the falls and friday evening fireworks from your balcony!!! Very reasonably priced. Very simple little hotel- clean sheets and towels!! Have been there three times now and will be back again!

We love it here. Every year we go back. The people are very friendly and very helpful. My daughter loves the indoor pool and well so do I. It is a really good price compared to the hotels around that area. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel, which is a real bonus! My family enjoys it and I am sure yours will to.
