Not an overall good impression

First off my husband and I stayed in your hotel for a week. The room we got was suppose to be 2 queen size beds which in turn I believe were 2 very small doubles if not singles. Then to discover our room had a view of the inside pool etc which echos and is open entirely too late and open too early if you want to get a decent sleep. The bathrooms were nice although a fan would be necessary as the rooms are not sound proof and having to turn on the tap to get some privacy is not ideal. The food from the restaurant was good. The people friendly. The construction not cool, we should not have been put in a room surrounded by rooms under construction considering the time of our stay, or at least a discount would have been nice. Having high speed was the best part of the stay, it was wonderful to have. The idea of the pool side rooms is neat but someone should have considered in turn sound proofing the rooms. The "fitness room" if thats what you want to call it consists of 2 elipicals, 2 treadmills (both non servicable) and an excersise bike that is broken as well as a small work out bench with a few weights all in a small locked room. Maybe a bigger room and more well maintained equipment should be in order as well as the safety factor of being locked in a room by yourself....need I say more, a camera maybe? It was a rather scary experience. The cleaning staff is very kind although taming their voices in the hallways instead of yelling out for the simple respect for those people sleeping would be appreiciated. Maybe we stayed in your hotel at a bad time of year, unfortunately it has given us a bad taste in our mouth, holiday inn anyone?
