the cok could not speek inglish or understand inglish would hang up when calling to place room service the tables where dirty all the beds are broke had to sitt and watch the managemet sitt and eat and drink with there hands and took for ever to get the food and the place smelled and the pool was dirty and got ripped of on the bill

rooms were filthy,watched people crawl in and out of dumpster,left and went to a different hotel,the manager refused to give our money back over the phone.they laughed when i told them 2 guys had been in the dumpster. i wouldn't let my dog sleep in those conditions. i would recommend no one go here,they are rude and it was filth. PS- we were only there for a couple hours and went to two different rooms thinking the second one might be a little better.[it wasn't].

This hotel i cant believe the city wont close it down!!!!!!!!!!!dirty,rude staff,something from the 50s with no renovation in horrible neighbourhood!!!!!!!!!!!!Honestly its what u would expect for a $25/room DONT STAY THERE.

Really old and stained furniture. Carpet looked filthy so never took shoes off except to get into bed. Pillow was dreadful -- had to use a sweatshirt. AC dripped on our heads when we went out the door. Will never go back.

Stayed at the hotel with another couple, each day we had to ask for towels, bathroom wasn't cleaned the entire time that we were there along with the rest of the room. Pillows were so thin that they were one sided. Restaurant was dirty and service and food was terrible. Over all the entire building was filthly and discusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rating should be zero but wouldn't allow it.

We went to your new in proved Resturant last night Jan 16 .Well we will never go back.There was no food ready.And what was there was terrible.As far as for your chineese well i consider a egg roll not all there is to chinesse Well i hope yo do something because word of month goes a long way and i do have a big mouth Sandra Fillmore

My room was across from a room full of young hockey players who partied all night. There was no security staff in the hotel, the poor little receptionist went down and said that she would have to ask them to leave if they did not stop being so rowdy, which did no good at all. The smell of smoke was all down the hallway. This went on for 2 nights and the hotel did nothing. Monday the manager was "not available" to receive complaints. Meals were ok but staff very casual and poor in hygene ie setting cutlery by taking the tines of the forks in their dirty hands! Hallways in the dining room were vacumed during breakfast - not exactly condusive to relexed eating. Pool was closed, hallway carpets dirty, the closet area on my room had a inch of dust on the bottom shelf. The roof guller was broken above my room and rain water gushed down on my windowcill which was very noisy. Person above me took a shower at 3 am and the noise of the water was deafening! Altogether a horrible experience. I was not alone in complaining about the noise etc

It was not very appealing first of all, our keys wouldnt work, the room looked old. Lamps had no lightbuls, window was stuck shut, air conditioning wasnt working, small and gross. The restaurant was terrible. Rude staff, the chef was also the maintenance guy! Took almost an hour before they took our food order, then another 45 mins to get the food , PLUS it was cold, wrong order and terrible all together! Smoking right near the eating area, we were the only ones there and it was the worst service ever! I have never been so upset and disapointed in a hotel, if its a cheap price, your getting waht you paid for, crap. Do not recommend to anyone.

I had stayed at Colonial Inn during a trip to Saint John with my family. My kids loved the pool and the restaurant in the motel, and the staffs were very prompt and efficient.

My family has a great, relaxing time at this motel. The kids love the pool and I love the price! If there is anything we need, all we have to do is ask. It is close to shopping, movies and Harbour Station.
