Tried it twice - not three times

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last three weeks. The first time I was not impressed by the room size or amenities. However, I gave it another chance and upgraded to the "Signature Club" level that boasts a private breakfast and happy hour (along the lines of the Marriott Gold Club level). However, breakfast was coffee, toast, and breads (continental). The happy hour had raw vegetables and cheese but the drinks were at prices higher than the lobby bar.
The bed (on the Signature Club level) was the worst surface I have ever slept on. I say that as a person who has slept more than once in the bed of my pickup truck. I know of what I speak.
