On my last visit to this hotel, I received numerous bedbug bites. I reported it to them via their website response form and have yet to hear back from them (16 months). I had previously stayed at the hotel as it was arranged by my employer. I have since refused to stay there.

I like the location because it is close to the arena. The rooms are great quality - the best I have ever stayed at. I really think this is a great hotel. I would deffinately reccomend it as one of the best in Lethbridge.

Made us feel welcome

The people at the front desk were great, and if I could buy the pillows I would be in heaven. The room was very clean and the bed as a king size and very comfortable. We had great service in the lounge and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We ask for directions and good places to go shopping and we were given great help. The lobby is nice. I was surprised Lethbridge had a 3 1/2 star hotel, like the Sandman Hotel.
