Dirty, rude, no wireless internet!

The staff, with few exceptions, was very curt, rude, and just unsociable. Our suite, two rooms and a kitchenette ($149/night) was badly needing updating (and a sweeping) and reaked of a stinky plug-in air freshener. The old, deeply-stained carpet had a thick layer of dust near the base boards where the vacuum apparently didn't reach easily.
The fiberglass tub surround made a terrible racket when moving slighty in the shower (complete with hot and cold faucets reversed, of course). Our two-room "suite" had no AC or vents in the bedroom. I suppose the biggest draw would be for drinkers of "adult" beverages (of which I am not). On my way to ask why the wireless internet didn't work, I walked past chants of, "Johnny, Johnny, Johnny!" Then, "Sam, Sam, Sam!" as the many peple in the outdoor cocktail bar, near the pool, were loudly participating in drinking games. (pool area not for children) BTW, the answer concerning the internet: "Yeah, it's hit or miss, some rooms don't get it even though we got five antennas, but you can come and sit in our lobby to get it." Gee thanks. More like a $49 a night joint than a $149 hotel! Seemed awfully old and dirty although my wife said the pool was nice and it is located in Jackson (with a great view of a gravel pile out our window). Actually the much cheaper cabins at Yellowstone were cleaner, more comfortable, and a better value.
