Quality Inn and Suites 49er, Jackson

The hotel, staff, and breakfast were great. The lcoation was central to many of the things we did. Would recommend this place and would return again. Cheryl McKee, Leechburg, Pennsylvania

Room was shopworn and bedding and furniture was dirty. Breakfast was bad. No food, coffee or cups. No staff present. Desk staff sarcastic when complained to. Would not stay here again.

Love the location. We like to stay here and walk to the shops. The rooms are nice and also clean. The man at the desk at night has been there 11 years. He is great and helped us with where to go to eat dinner. Very friendly. We will stay again because we like to go to Jackson and love to stay here!

We had mistakenly booked "another" motel in Jackson and had a very bad experience. So, we called the 49er's and spoke with Jerry who was just awesome and so helpful. He had us in a suite in no time...and we were so appreciative of his professional demeanor and willingness to accomodate my husband and I. We will come back and stay again, for sure. Thanks for making a very unpleasant first night at "another" property, become a totally positive experience at the 49er's! YOu guys rock!!! Sheri and Robert Critchfield

rooms were dirty and had to get maid to return and reclean, still did a poor job. all the equipment in the exercise rooms was broke. the free breakfast was poor, very little to chose.

I liked the location, close to everything. The room was fine, had problems with the outside door lock but used internal door just fine. Minor complaint was room seemed dark with drapes closed, could use more lamps. But all was clean and convenient, we walked all over Jackson. I would stay here again assuming I could get same great deal!
