NEVER AGAIN!

First off as we approached the front desk, the manager looked upset like we were bothering him. We checked in and went to our room. The room was freezing cold! We turned the heat on and 2 hrs later still no heat. We went to call the front desk and no working phone to contact the front desk. Not even a cord! It was there for decor. That's helpful. We tell management that the room is ice cold. He tries to explain what you have to do to turn it up, which we had done several times. He sends maintenance to our room who says "Wow, that's quite a breeze you got in here, it's coming from the air-conditioner". He says he'll just cover up the air conditioner with plastic. At least point I was freezing and upset. We went back to the desk and told the manager we were checking out. He could have tried to accommodate us and at least offered us another room with working heat. Instead he gets a major attitude with my boyfriend and myself and tells up to get the "hell out of his lobby". I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially if that's the way the are going to treat their guests. RUDE RUDE RUDE! Plenty of better hotels in the area where you don't have to be treated so nasty.
