Ramada Waukesha Hotel, Waukesha

I stayed there one night and used my credit card. after i got home from my trip i looked up my online banking and seen that ramada took out an extra sixty dollars on top of hotel cost. I called up to ask why and they said I took two pillows. I did not I had my own pillows with me and the housekeeper seen me leave with MY pillows. I called to talk to a manager and kept getting a run around for 3 days and delt with stupid and rude staff. I called corporate and they said there process was that the hotel had three days to get a hold of me for cliam and after that to call back and corporate would take over. Well that day was today and they told me that they couldnt help and that i need to work it out with hotel even though I told them that I couldnt get a hold of anyone with athority.So now im still waiting for my money.

We booked through the 800#. The woman reserved a 1 king bedroom, even after I informed her we had 2adults and a 9 and 15 year old. I wasn't aware of this until I phoned the hotel directly to confirm our reservation. They were very understanding and quickly changed our room to a 2 queen bed standard. When we arrived, the woman at the desk offered a larger family suite that had become available. The room was very large and clean. We requested extra pillows and towels that were brought up within minutes of our call. The only complaint we had was the uncomfortable bed. However, it appeared as though they were in the process of replacing mattresses, as there were several in the dumpster area behind the hotel. We stayed during the start of the State Fair. Most hotels were sold out. The staff here was very accomadating and friendly. We will certatinly use Ramada Inn for future vacations.

It started the second we walked in to check in, the girl that checked us in was snotty. Then we got to the room and it wreaked like an ash tray, the floors were filthy, the table leg was broke, the lamp would not turn on, and to top it off there was a pubic hair stuck under the crappy caulk job they did in the bathroom. Which by the way, looked like it hadn't been updated since 1975 (that's probably why they don't show you a picture of that part of the bathroom). The lock on the door was busted and falling off, you had to hold it on as you shut the door or it wouldn't shut. The pool area was BAD...the floors were chipped and uneven, the bathroom you couldn't use because it was plugged (full of fecies and urine), and the hot tub jets did not work. We were never told about a breakfast area or fitness area, they didn't even ask how our stay was when we checked out. This was the absolute worst hotel we've stayed at yet...next time we WILL spend the extra 20-30 bucks to stay some place that is at least clean.

The motel was convenient to my daughter's college and was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was a the first bath towel I picked up to use should have been discarded since it was so worn. (bare patches!) My sister and I stayed a second time a few days later and had an even better stay.
