Try somewhere else first..

Or maybe try the Highland club, which I did not.
By the 4th day of my stay, the bed was so horrible that my arms would begin to fall asleep just lying there watching tv. Of course, that's nothing compared to the feeling in the morning when you wake up and think you've been knifed repeatedly in your kidneys.
Other than that, the place is ok. If you're going to visit the university - stay somewhere else - closer. The hotel shuttle will get you there, at random intervals, but you're about as far away from the 'heart' of campus as you can be. You are right next to the hospital, though, so if you're seeing someone there maybe ask the doc for some pain meds or muscle relaxers and you just might have a good stay.
Do NOT order room service. Francies (or whatever the in-house "restaurant" is), is horrible - especially for the price you pay. The best thing that I ate was the bbq chicken pizza; and that was, at best, ok.. most likely because they use someone's bbq sauce instead of their tomato sauce.
The wifi was incredibly slow, but indeed free. There is also student housing directly behind the hotel; so you can actually get a better signal from some kid's unsecured router.. fyi.
