Old White Inn, White Sulphur Springs

The room was good value. We sat in the wicker chairs in front of room and had a nice evening drink. I do not require flat screen TVs and no need for pet friendly. Clean and affordable.

Charming, not the usual Best-Western-stuff. Friendly onwner, spacy room, WiFi. Affordable rate, negotiable. Sanitary equipment and heater in order, yet would benefit from overhaul.

30 feet off the highway which you'll listen to all night. Air Conditioner in the closet?? Truly a dump. Had to get out after spending one night. Promised that the second night would be refunded. Never happened. No surprise. Ripped piece of material used as a bathroom window curtain. Bathroom floor was filthy. It smelled like it hadn't been cleaned since the 50's. Its an old CTX motel (swimming pool is gone) that they built when they owned the railroad tracks for train workers. Lewisburg has pet friendly nice hotels one exit west. If you aren't staying at the Greenbrier there is NOTHING in White Sulpher Springs. Lewisburg is nice.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. Very convenient stop off of I-64 if you are on your way up to Snowshoe Ski resort or Cass Railroad (both about an hour north) The rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are well-landscaped. They have complimentary coffee in the mornings and front desk is staffed 24 hours. Lobby offers a computer and access to internet available 24 hours. Just a mile from The Greenbrier. We were able to get on one of the Bunker Tours at The Greenbrier and look around the beautiful grounds and historic museum there. We look forward to our next visit!

We stayed at the Inn for two nights. The first night we took a shower in the morning and had nothing then cold water. It was awful. We went to the front desk and they said they fixed it. To wait a couple minutes and then the water would be warm. It started out to be warm but turned cold soon. We really wanted our money back for the first night. We have called several times and always get the same excuse. "We can not get a hold of the owner". Until yet nobody has called us back to inform us nor have we gotten our money back. I call that "BAD" customer service. Maybe they have never heard of customer service in West Virginia.

Front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful. We were on our way to snowshoe and decided to stop for the night- rooms were clean and the lobby area was rather comforting/inviting. Nice little motel. I would stay there again. It is a great location to have a pool on site especially during the summer- too bad. Will definitely stay there again.

We needed a convenient drive to the Blue Bend area and we found this the closest motel available in the area. We may use this location at another time, also.

The pool wasn't open, All though the construction was looking very well. I like the privacy from the resturant beside of it. the landscaping was very nice.

What a comfortable and beautiful place. The staff was lovely. The verandas have wicker furniture, perfect for relaxing. Our room was very clean, spacious. Very affordable.
