Best Place Ever

Have stayed there for 2 nights.I travelled from California,at first wasn't comfortable when I booked but turned out otherwise.Very friendly staff,beautiful rooms, nice lakeview,laundry service. I was able to check in as early as 12 with no extra cot.Felt like a five star treatement.Nice waffles.Very clean.Would definitely reccomend to everyone.

Very nice place. clean rooms.Stayed there for 4 weeks, wonderful staff & room service.felt at home.I used to sleep at day time had no problem at all. No disturbance like other motels I stayed in would do.nice breakfast area.loved my stay certanily will go back.even cheap weekly rate.

This is no 3-Star Hotel

About the only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. It is easy access off of freeway and close to Olympia. I didn't notice until the following morning, but they did have a sign that read "weekly rates available". That explained some of the marginal looking clientele I saw staying there. The rooms are very plain, and I didn't like the two doors into the room. One door leads out to a walkway that overlooks the lake, the other to the parking lot. One door did not have a safety latch, and the other was dangling from the door jam as if someone had kicked in the door. I slept better after re-arranging the furniture and blocking the door that could have been opened with a key from the outside. The continental breakfast was lame at best! The waffle batter looked like it was left over from the previous day, I didn't try the orange juice (Tampico punch......really!), and the coffee was not any good! I thnk there must be better options in the area.

Best Place to Stay

Lakeview takes my breath away. Nice rooms heard it was remodelled!!! Kool place to be. Friendly staff and waffles is just great. I was running late so I called & the manager waited for me till 12.25am. for me to check in. I would recommend it to my friends. Good job guys!!!!

Stayed four days, no complaints. Everything nice and clean, friendly staff. Fridge, Microwave and air conditioner and coffee pot along with continental Breakfast. Would reccommend it highly and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Will never go back!!!!!!!!

I am not sure who wrote the other reviews about Travel In Express, Centralia, WA. My sister stayed there 2 nights. The room we were given had a lot of dry wall dust in it. There were no tissues. There were 2 plastic glasses in the bathroom and an extra toilet paper. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. No posted check out time in the room, no rules. The refrigerator was dirty. After we cleaned it, we put things in it and they were frozen the next day. The phone was old and very filthy. I expect that if the motel had not been flooded last winter, that the room would have been old and dirty. The continental breakfast consisted of 2 items, muffins or a sweet bread and coffee, no juice or cereal. When told about what was not in the room, the manager just hit his forehead and said "Ahhh." There was nothing to put on the door for maid service. That is one place that I will never stay again. We were treated poorly. We had to ask for our paper work back. Too bad, the location is beautiful and peaceful, even if it is just off I-5.

great value, nice folks

This hotel was very clean, pleasant, nice view of lake, friendly owners and staff. Just finishing some remodeling and it looks good. Microwave and fridge in the room. Very helpful staff, even helped us get a ride to train station when no cabs were available! We would stay there again.

Stayed here for two nights while on business in the area. Rooms were very clean with frig, microwave and internet connection. Nice view of lake. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice place to stay

I enjoyed my stay at the Travel Inn. The people working there were friendly, the room was comfortable, it had a view of the lake in front of it. The microwave and refrigerator were a nice touch. They had an excellent continental breakfast.
