Economy Inn, Wenatchee

This place MIGHT have been tolerable despite the bad smells, stains on carpets, furniture and bedding, and loose screws in door jams maiking us feel somewhat unsafe. But the worst part is the people running the place are extremely unprofessional and incredibly rude. We had an emergency and had to leave early, but they refused to give a full refund for the nights not stayed. When we complained, they actually called the police on us! When the officer got there, and we explained the situation, he was very disgusted that the managers called him and said it wasn't our fault. We never got a full refund. Unfortunate that these East Indian immigrants are perpetuating such a negative stereotype.

They charged me more than the price they quoted me on the phone. Then they charged my credit card more than what I signed for on checking in! The office girl got very surly with me when I called her on it. Pool was real small, but clean. Not reccommended!

This Motel was a very clean and AFFORDABLE, place. The customer service was great. I don't know what some of these people are talking about. They can't affored to stay in a 5 STAR, but they act like their millionares when they go to a place thats affordable, clean and elegant, somthing their NOT!!!! For the price I paid, beleave me, I got more than my moneys worth. I was even helped by the owners son to carry my stuff to my room, who does that for you anymore to welcome you to there town.

It was a very nice and clean place and had very good customer service. The people there were very helpful and kind. I dont know why all these other people said bad stuff because none of that is true. It was a very nice place and i reccommend you to go to that motel whenever in town.

We did not like the service at this motel. -Some Staff was surly. -Not enough towels for each guest in room. -When we asked for another towel, was given a very dirty towel with an unknown yellow substance in towel. -Bath towel had greasy black marks on it and was not clean. -was denied our AARP discount and was told it was because it was a weekend. We have always been given this discount on weekends at other motels.

Someone took a dump in shower at least thats what it looked and smelled like.
