VERY poor customer service

I have a friend staying at this motel. I called and asked for his room number and was told "We don't have a switchboard." and the was hung up on 3 times. No switchboard? Ok, how about a number where I can reach him? The room is a dive, and it smells dirty and old.

our rooms were very clean and the customer service was very polite and helpful. We definatly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return again soon.

Royal Motor Inn of Everett

I've tried to call the front multiple times to no avail. Apparently, no one works there. I've also heard from someone who stayed there that it's a dive, but that is secondhand information.
At a cost of 50.00 a night, you are better off spending your time and money somewhere else in the Everett area.
