Perched over the waters of Elliott Bay, Edgewater Hotel, Seattle's only waterfront hotel, is within walking distance of Pike Place Market and approximately 17 miles from Seattle/Tacoma International Airport. Situated on Pier 67, guests are within walking distance of the Space Needle, Seattle Aquarium, Odyssey Maritime Museum, Victoria Clipper, and Washington State Ferries. Hotel amenities include Six Seven (an outdoor, waterfront restaurant with sushi bar), a fitness room, and the business center. Valet Parking is available for a fee. All rooms feature gas fireplaces, pine furnishings, plush comforters, bath amenities (complete with rubber ducky), coffee makers, minibars, iHome unit, dataports, voicemail, and large windows with views of Puget Sound or downtown.Please note that this hotel is 100% non-smoking.

Can't wait to go!

What I dislike about this place is that its too far up north , and I've never been. But I'd love to take my wife there for our honeymoon. But we both go to school and work full time and can't afford to go anywhere. Nor did we have a proper wedding.

Great location / history

The Edgewater is located very conveniently - right at water with great view and yet within walking distance to terrific attractions. It is only steps to the heart of Seattle�s picturesque waterfront Pier 67 -numerous great shops /restauarants. Somewhat longer uphill hike to nonwaterfront attractions unless courtesy bus used. Particularly suitable for anyone with a nautical/marine interest. The rooms were very comfortable. The entire hotel has great ambience - especially the lounges with fireplaces. There are wonderful views of the mountain and waters, even the parks.

I realy enjoyed staying there

I liked everything about the place,you couldfish right from your room. The service was excellent,the nightlife was great,food was excellent and some of the women servering the food was very cute,being that im a single male.

I really liked the scenery. The Customer Service was beyond exceptional. I really felt like They wanted me there. The beds were comfortable and I just had a great time there for my anniversary.

its nice and cozy!

The beds where really comfortable, bathrooms where clean, rooms where always kept nice by the maids, everytime I left and came back. If I where to need a place to stay I would stay there.

Fantastic View!

Very romantic with a fantastic view of the city lights. Very good food as well. We had a lot of fun in the bar listening to jazz. It was walking distance to the Pike Place Market which is a great place to shop.

On the water

Location, great rooms (get one on the water), and great staff. Everyone there seems to want you to feel at home. We brought food from Pike Place Market to our balcony for a waterfront picnic. We were feeding the gulls from the balcony - they would catch it in mid-air.

Best bed I ever slept in!

Hotels are places where we go to have a temporary home. The Edgewater made me feel at home more than any other hotel I have stayed in. I have been able to travel all over the world, but only four hours from my real home, Seattle provides the most comfortable home away from home I've experience. Not to mention that it is right on the water, they provide very comfortable bathrobes and room furniture. The best part was the bed, where I've never slept as well not even in my own bed. The little chocolate on the bed was a great bonus too!
