Four Points by Sheraton Manassas Battlefield, Manassas

Four Points Manassas is gret hotel. I have stay recently . they very good FREE breakfast. Stuff nice and friendly. I will come back this hotel again.

This hotel advertises a free breakfast, but what a breakfast. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, suasage and juice. That's it. No fruit, no yogart, nothing else. And if you want coffee or tea with your breakfast, it's $1.75. So much for free. If you stay here, make your own coffee in your room (a coffee maker is provided) and bring it to breakfast with you. Both my wife and I remarked that the hotel was nice, but nickel and dimeing the guests at breakfast is a real turn-off. What manager came up with such an idea?

I have been staying here since February, unfortunately under a contract I can't break. Towels are thin and rough and usually have hair stuck in them. Air conditioner is so loud you can't hear the TV when it runs. Exercise equipment is broken. Construction workers have access to all rooms, they tend to walk in whenever they feel like it even if you have a Do Not Disturb sign up. They turn off the water without notice, this has happened at least 5 times. We have been without hot water at least 4 times. Restaurant they advertise has been closed since I got here, hasn't opened yet. Breakfast buffet is only available to large groups. Individuals can have it delivered to their room only Mon-Fri, it's ok. Lots of apologies but nothing really taken care of. Have had to move rooms 4 times because of the remodel. Come back from work to find a note under the door telling me I had to move rooms the same night. No previous notice of inconveniences. Debris all over parking lot caused flat tires for 3 of my co-workers. Elevators are breaking down on a regular basis. Only one washer & dryer provided for guests and they are in disrepair and leak. No in room safes as advertised. Sheets don't fit beds, keep popping off the corners. A lot of cosmetic remodeling that doesn't stand up to scrutiny. It might be nice when they get done, but I would never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone I like.
