Quality Inn Woodbridge, Woodbridge

The room itself wasn't too bad, but at the end of our stay we were charged fees for the safe in the room. We never used the safe. $4.50 for a 3 night stay. We were charged $1.00 per night for hotel fees, we were told that was for calling the front desk, using the ice machine, etc. We didn't use those things, either. We cleaned our own room, just requested cleaned towels. We spent very little time there except for sleeping. Check out the fees before you book with this hotel.

We stayed at this location on July 2nd on our way to Mrytle Beach. The rooms were clean and the Breakfast was excellant. I had my family with us and we left there very happy....

We stayed there four years ago and last week we came back to the same hotel. What a change! As if it is an entirely different hotel. Everything was clean. Rooms are very nice and the bedding new and very comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous and they do have cooked eggs and other fancy items included. Staff was neat and professional. They are pet friendly and we had such a wonderful experience. We will go back for sure.

Room, hallway, lobby, etc. were dirty and unkempt. Outside of the hotel were several unsavory characters leering at my wife. After dinner, and not havng stayed in the room, we decided to check out and find another hotel. We felt a concern for our safety if we stayed there. When explaining our reason for checking out and requesting a refund the clerk said she could not provide us with a credit. I asked to speak to a manager. No one was available. The clerk placed a phone call to the assistant manager. The clerk relayed that a credit could not be given. I asked that she recall the person so that I could speak with that person. Upon doing so the asst. manager would not speak to me. After a lengthy discussion about the reason for checking out, the clerk did provide us with a full credit for the 4 nights we were to have been there. However, when I received my credit card statement I found that they reissued a charge for that first night, even though we did not stay there. They do not abide by their quality statement of "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". Bottom line, don't stay here!

The 1 Queen bed room was a little small, but sufficient for 2 people. It wasn't as clean as clean could be, but close. However, Clayton must be completely incompetent at the front desk. We had been in the area for a funeral and left our phone charger in the room. We realized this about an hour outside of town, so we couldn't turn around. We called the front desk and gave Clayton our Fed Ex account number, address, and other details. He found the phone charger and said he would get it out. Someone else from the front desk called about our zip code, inquiring if it was "Q8314." No, its 28314. Q? Unbelievable. So the charger didn't show up this afternoon at the apartment. I called the hotel, and after some asking around, found out the phone charger had not only NOT been sent out, but hadn't even been boxed up. So it's 630pm on a Friday. Hopefully they can send it out via Saturday delivery, otherwise, we won't get our phone charger until Tuesday morning and both our phones will have been long dead.

We needed to stay here last minute and weren't expecting much, but for the cheap price, we got a very clean (but small) room, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is pet-friendly (for a fee) yet the room didn't smell like animals and they were very accommdating of a large breed dog. Great experience.

The person at the front desk was very nice. But the room was bad! Stains on the carpet, bathroom wasn’t in good shape, room smelled bad. The worst of all was there was an outlet out of the wall and sitting on the floor, wires were exposed and the TV was plugged into it! There were stains on the wall also. But like I said, the people were very nice.

We checked into the hotel about the time the pool was closing and the manager kept it open a half hour longer for our kids to swim. It was a one night stay we stayed 2nd fl.right hallway last room on the left. Carpets dirty bedding bad, ask for extra pillows didn't get. My friend slipped in the shower and fell to the floor trying to stop fall she pulled on shower curtain and it landed on her. When reported the fall and for them to ck. the bath they didn't even write it down. Wall paper in bath peeling. Mold where the wall met the tub. Would not stay there agian.

I needed a hotel room for me and my daughter. She was in Woodbridge for a gymnastic meet. Not only were the rooms very nice but the staff was extremely friendly. I came up here without my wife and thankfully the front desk person was nice enough to do my daughters hair for the meet. I highly recommend this hotel for service, location, and value.

In a nasty storm we needed a hotel where we can spend the night. Hotel was almost booked staff helped us to reach the hotel and find a cosy room for a veryu good rate. I highly recommend it.
