Great deal, great location.
By $$R/C$$, 09/10/09
I have been staying in this hotel for the past couple years when I travel to Utah. I really like the snowboard packages that are available. The light rail and bus depot are just across the street making a rental car optional. The free breakfast is perfect for fueling up for a day on the mountains. I have never had anything but the best customer service. The rooms are nice and clean. I will always stay here when I'm in SLC. There is even a changing room available where you can store your luggage on your last day. Awesome!

Worst hotel experience ever !
By Jeffrey, 09/17/08
They over booked the rooms, we had to drive around to find another hotel but they still charged us for the room! When we called about the charge the computers were down. We had to send a copy of the $ 465.00 receipt from the Hilton and finally they re-credited our Credit Card. However not an apology for calling us liars. Thanks Best Western for starting our vacation off with major head aches after a 13 hour drive.

Very poor service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/11/08
I was not able to make the trip to Utah because of winter storm and road closure. I called around noon of the day of my reservation and cancelled. They charged my account anyway. When I tried to call to straighten the problem out I got the run around and cold, rude service. I was told to call back and talk with the manager. I called back twice and no one would even answer the phone.

Pictures look better than reality...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/09/05
My husband and I stayed at this hotel in February of this year. Good points: great location at an okay price. Very close to the ski resorts (about 20 min). The staff was helpful. They were great about giving directions to the resorts and restaurants. Bad points: in our bathroom, the "jacuzzi tub" leaked (if you could call it a jacuzzi) and water seaped under the wall and into the carpet in the bedroom. Caused mold buildup on the walls and carpet. Carpet was wet and smelled bad. Hotel was very noisy and old. Breakfast was okay, but held in this small room that only held 10 people confortably. Was a mad house in there in the morning. I would recommend finding a newer, cleaner hotel. I am sure there are others in the area that are better and around the same price.

Great Hotel for Skiers...Excellent Staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/24/05
The Hotel was excellent...excellent staff, each department was very helpful...hot tub & pool...very good free breakfast...plus computer in the lobby...nice rooms...discount for skiing. The only negative was the poor service from Travelocity...I asked for a receipt...I e-mailed three times and called three times...A customer service person said he would e-mail me the receipt, but four days later, still no e-mail

SUPER SERVICE!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/16/04
Wow, what a great hotel, what more can I say! The front-desk clerks were very helpful in finding places around the city. Also the front-desk clerks were very well dressed and when you had a question they would not hesitate to help you out. Speedy service as well when I requested items for my room!! The rooms were also very clean and organized. I love the wireless internet that they offer for FREE to use with your laptop, or you can just use the lobby computer at no additional charge. I found it also to be very close to trax also. This hotel trully keeps its promises with hits slogan being.. Hospitality with Persnality. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
