3 stars? Hardly!

The room we stayed in had been recently remodeled, however, the workmanship was poor. Wallpaper didn't meet the ceiling in a lot of places; there were paint splashes on the floor of the bathroom; the towels were a dirty tan color, which added to the feeling of shoddy workmanship; the towels smelled like burnt toast; and the white sheets had a few light stains.
Parking is complimentary (you use your key card to get out without paying), but the garage is cramped and dilapidated. When we were there (a Thursday night), the garage was nearly full.
The view from our 2nd floor room was of the first floor roof, with hvac units and all.
For a lot of people, the things that bothered me about the room and hotel wouldn't be any trouble at all. We didn't enjoy our stay there, however, it is apparently the nicest hotel in Provo.
