Raintree at Park Plaza Park City, Park City

Pros--- Room was very clean, included nice but not extravant furnishings. furnishings were well up to date. Included fireplace and granite countertops. Bed was firm and new, slept well. Kitchen and all was well laid out and included everything. Nice location away from exessive noise or traffic, but not out of town. Further from main st than others, but the great shuttle service during the daytime makes up for it. Common areas were quite good with game room and sauna, jacuzzi and large indoor pool, ping pong and pool table. Employees were great. One young man helped me unstick my sliding glass door (it was frozen) and got me connected to the wireless, which was free. Girls at desk were very helpful and beautiful. Had no problems with clogged toilet but it depends what youre putting down that thing. Overall very satisfied, place was very clean and looked well maintained. cons-- Hot water takes a minute or two. Shuttle dosent go to the canyons. . No real activities but thats why you explore the town. Walls are thin. Studios are small i recommend the "mini suite" .

Unfriendly front desk.. Asked what was going on, like any get togethers at the Resort.. Any fun things like a lesson in line dancing or just anything to make you feel wanted... Was given the cold shoulder treatment...

I have stayed here for 15+ years - in every sized room from a studio to a 2 bedroom. very clean - very nice - great pool and lobby area. The people are what make it, though. Theservice is always friendly - always great.

We have stayed here almost every year as a family. We love the open feeling of the whole resort, the pool's great, and it has the extra patios for large gatherings and bbq's (in the summer).
