Stay Away
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/23/09
This place is filthy and smells horrible. We could not stay in this dump so we left. When we told them they started yelling at us. They still charged our credit card. You would have a cleaner safer stary in your car.

Do not stay there!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/15/08
Do not let the Best Western name fool you. This dump is NOT a Best Western. I only wish I had read these reviews before I made the reservation. After checking in, it only took seconds to know we could not stay in that room with our two small children. It reeked of cigarette smoke (all rooms non smoking? *cough*), and we could tell it was filthy without even looking up close. I always stay in less-expensive motels, but I wouldn't have stayed at that place for free! Unfortunately, it cost us $18 to walk in and sniff their gross accommodations. From what I hear, we were lucky they refunded anything. It was early on a Friday & they were full, but she wouldn't give us our money back. We stayed at a Travelodge up the street & it was a hundred times better!

Don't trust this guy!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/21/06
I made a reservation in February for a week in August. When I called today (day of check-in) to ask about amenities I was told it was no longer a Best Western and that the previous owners had the only access to prior reservations and mine would not be honored. However.... they would sell me another room at $25 more per night. I complained to Best Western who attempted to resolve the problem but the new owner refuses to work with them to honor the rate. Best Western Customer Relations is working now to try and pursuade him. I would not even want to stay there if I had another choice at this late date. I had a similar problem a year ago when a LaQuinta became a Super 8. They also refused to honor my advance reservation price. What point is there in making advance reservations if at any time they can sell the property and gouge the traveler?

Buyer beware
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/05/06
This is not a Best Western! It is a Travelers Inn. No refund when you actually see this place. Fairly clean, terrible beds and recent repaint. It's not enough to make up for the aura of decline that hangs over the place. Owner charged 72 bucks for a 35 dollar room.

Decent overall but old and lacking in a few areas.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/05/05
The location next to downtown Provo was somewhat nice but it was also very near a seedy part of town. It is older and drafty. I was told the owner is in the process of remodeling but until that is done, I wouldn't recommend staying here in the winter. The Continental Breakfast offered was sub-par with only one type of cold cereal and pre-packaged off the store shelf pastries. However the room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
