Not Great
By Mr. Spock, 6/23/11
I would not recommend this hotel. The location was great but the hotel is not in the best of shape. The room had a great view but was very hot and the A/C, running full blast, didn’t seem to help. The staff was lacking the southern hospitality I expect in a Dallas hotel. They did not always answer the main phone to the hotel. When they answer the phone, they sometimes were blunt to the point of rude. The employees that could not speak English were nice but that wasn’t much help. There was a dispute on my bill so I called to clarify the charge. It took me 2 days and 6 or 7 phone calls to clear it up. Dallas is full of nice hotels in that area that are about the same price. I suggest trying another hotel…

Will never stay here again
By jerry, 8/10/10
This place is horrible, wife was afraid to take her shoes off in the room, because there was broken glass in the carpet. The pool had a used condom floating around in it, told the front desk and they acted like they didn`t care.

Wish there was something better to say...but....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/17/09
Upon check-in we were greeted by a staff who was rude when explaining your hotel's policies. After squaring away the issue, my collegues and I anxiously headed to our 4 rooms only to find 3 of the 4 rooms UNCLEAN! Later, during our 4 night stay, the TV in one of my colleagues room started to smoke. The toilet in our room ran all night long. The ice maker on our floor did not work any of the 4 nights of our stay. On the 3rd day, the ice maker had leaked all over the floor and flooded the area in front of the elevators. The next day, the ice-maker was extremely loud, and sounded as if water was just gushing out of it. In addition, a different colleague did not receive her wake-up call the first morning, and all her other wake up calls were late. Also, 2 of the 4 rooms were very warm and stuffy as if there were no air condition. A different colleague slept poorly because his bed would not adjust. In trying to use the business/computer room, no staff member knew the password for computer access. One staff member was very helpful and even made some phone calls for the password. My 6 friends and I agreed that it was the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced.

Bad Experience
By Patti, 7/28/08
We stayed here to try out the sleep number bed. My husband set his on 45 & when he woke up it was on 80. The air conditioner would run for a while then shut off & not come on again unless you got up and set it again. And be sure and ask if any groups of kids are staying there before you check in. It is close to SMU & there was a cheerleading camp going on. The kids ran up & down the halls talking & giggling late into the night & nothing happened when we complained. We did not sleep at all between the noise & the air condtioning. The breakfast buffet was costly & cold. We will never stay in another Radisson. It was an awful experience.
