Quality Inn Creekside, Gatlinburg

We stayed at the Quality Inn Creekside Resort for three nights recently. We paid extra for the jacuzzi room with the fireplace. When we arrived, I asked to look at the room prior to checking in. The front desk employee said, "You can look if you want, but it's a done deal". Given the recent bed bug issues across the country, I just wanted to check the bed and the room itself. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet for the most part. The "resort" is in a great location and walking distance to the main drag. But it was in dire need of an update in multiple areas. There was mold in the shower, old peeling wall paper border on the walls, and a very noisy bathroom fan. The toilet in the room did not have a lid, which really grossed me out. The breakfast left a lot to be desired to say the least, except for the lady who stocked the food. I noticed that the apple that I had chosen was unwashed, so I asked for a place to was it. I was directed to a bathroom nearby. When I walked in, the bathroom was dirty with paper all over the floor. It contained both a urinal and a toilet, both of which had been used and were not flushed. I was a little uncomfortable with the employees of a near by restaurant taking their smoke breaks by the outside stairway that we often took to our room. For the price that we paid, $114.99 per night, I was a little disappointed. Not sure that we will stay there again. I feel that in this economic market, organizations should be aware of how important the first impression is. From the minute that we got there, we were frustrated. I rated it a 3 star for the service and the cleanliness, primarily due to our attendant at the breakfast bar and the housekeeping staff. We feel that the value was just not there.

I booked 11 rooms there for my wedding the weekend of August 7th!! This hotel was AMAZING.. They gave me a great price for the block of rooms! Very nice staff, extra clean rooms and comfy beds!!! WILL ONLY STAY AT THIS HOTEL FROM NOW ON WHEN I VISIT GATLINBURG!!!

My son and I stayed here and it was perfect. The staff was wonderful and the location is perfect. It is so close to the hiking trails. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and i spent our anniversary here and it was just perfect. we asked about switching rooms from 2 queens to a king suite, there was no up-charge for it. the rooms were wonderful couldnt have asked for anything better staff very friendly and helpful. would recomend it to anyone. would stay here again and again.

We rented a unit with jacuzzi tub and fireplace which ended up being a condo behind the hotel on a hill. Our view was wonderful, the room was great, very clean, and service was great. The patio was wonderful to sit on and relax. Wonderful room at a great price!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here last week and our room was awesome! We had the King Suite with 2 levels and it was just like having our own little place together. It was almost like a small cabin connected to the side of the hotel. The hotel was at the end of the strip so it was close to everything and was in walking distance from all the attractions and we couldn't beat the price. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Gatlinburg.

Old, run down, something in each of our 4 rooms didn't work - TV, Fireplace, cable, refrigerator. Overall - merits a 3 star rating -clean and cheap, but don't expect any frills - purely utilitarian

I loved our week here!! Very polite, sweet wait staff everywhere. Helpful to all shoppers. We parked our car, and walked everywhere, or took the trolley. Breakfast was free at the hotel. Other places offering breakfast were very close by. Ober Gatlinburg is across the street. Restaurants were everywhere (Eat at Bennetts Pit and Barbecue, and Howards, and Flapjacks) This end of town is near the Great Smoky National Park, and on the Trolley line. All Trolleys go to the world famous Ripleys Aquarium of the Smokies, an excellent place to go! We will come back!

This was our first visit to Gatlinburg...and we loved it!! Found this hotel by surfing internet. Looked at several hotels in Pigeon Forge, but didn't seem like they were the right location or atmosphere. Quality Inn was perfect!! It was quiet and off the beating path, but yet within walking distance to main attractions. Great location!! We had a hotub, fireplace, microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room. I loved the balcony that overlooked a beautiful creek. The staff was very helpful, informative, and overall excellent. They had a very good breakfast every morning (biscuits and gravy, coffee, fresh donuts, cereal). Also had a romantic, lighted bridge just steps from our room, that led to a wooded area which we enjoyed. Had a nice clean pool outside. Also enjoyed that it wasn't crowded, and very quiet. Nice place to relax. Bed was comfortable and clean. Wonderful restuarant called "Howards" just steps from hotel. Had great food, drinks, and a relaxing soft lighted patio that also overlooked the creek. The only thing I saw that might need work was outside of room (porch) needed to be badly painted. But other than that, this hotel was wonderful!! Good value for the location, amenties, service, and comfort. Would definitely recommend and return!!

My wife and I stayed 1 night, friendly and helpful staff, Our room was clean and the location was great, you can walk anywhere you need to go. The continental breakfast was better than the usual muffins and coffee.We really liked this motel.
