Amedia Hotel Graz, Graz

I traveled to Memphis for business and had to stay for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, my company's travel budget is not as fat as it used to be, so I needed to shop around and get the best value for my trip. I landed at this hotel at a decent rate. I admit, it needs an update on the rooms, but the staff was amazing, especially Cindi in sales, I needed a small meeting room at the last minute and she made it happen, the location is fantastic and in a great area, the restaurant was open all day, the shuttle carried me wherever I needed to go, including the airport. The only recommendation for this hotel is for them to spend some money and update their hotel.

I travel often for work and staying at a hotel is often a job its self until i stayed at this holiday inn, the front desk remembered my name at checkin which suprised me also they had my room ready even though i was checkin in early. Every where i went staff asked me how i was doing and how was my stay i felt right at home. I never order hotel food but i did this time and i was impressed my food was on time and it was good. Next time i travel back to Memphis I am staying here. I would recommend this hotel.

Dirty, gnats were flying throughout the hotel (in dining area, lobby), pool area didn't seem too clean. Worst of all, I had bedbugs in my room, (7th floor) and got bit quite badly. Found one of the bed bugs and killed it.. it was very gross frustrating and itchy! They'd switched my room for me (at 3:45 am) but couldn't do my laundry the next day (the same day laundry was already sent out) and they didn't comp my room. They made me pay for that miserable stay! In no way did their management handle this appropriately or emphatically, They've lost not 1 but 6 other new business (my team who i was working with on business) and i will continue to tell others about my experience as they need to know about it. ps. Very strange locations, not the easiest to get to/find.

I read all the other reviews and was very nervous but I don't know if they renovated or got new management but I was very happily surprised! My room was typical hotel design but big and clean and very comfortable. The people were incredibly friendly and the shuttle drivers took me everywhere I wanted to go as if I had a personal chauffer. Wonder what's changed?

Nothing about this hotel is appealing. We walked into our room to find a dirty washcloth in the shower. The hallways smelled musty. The shuttle was the most unreliable service and should not be offered. After calling and requesting a shuttle (twice) and told it would only be a few minutes I was forced to walk back to the hotel - in the dark from the mall a few miles away. Not even an apology. No breakfast included. Nothing nearby to walk to. Very disapointed. Will never stay here again.

The lady driver of the shuttle left the restrurant with my group of 15 year old girls without us, the parents. We were waiting on change. And the girls screaming at her to come back to get us, she threatened to put them off the shuttle in the middle of Memphis-ALONE

Had booked a room online. The room they gave to us was shabby and had a musty damp smell. The a/c was not working well, the lamp shades were torn and wall outlets had problems as well. Sound insulation was poor. Worst of all, the bed was full of bed-bugs that bit us all night. Stay away from this hotel if you care for your health and money.

THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR BATHROOM MAINLY THE CEILING WAS PEELING, THE TISSUE DISPENCER WAS BROKEN, RUST WAS AROUND THE FIXTURES AND THE BOTTOM PART OF THE DOOR WAS CHIPPING ...THE ROOM ALSO NEEDS NEW CARPET OTHERWISE THE STAY WAS NICE.

I called last week to make a reservation for a consultant coming in for meetings with our company. Front desk said I sould email that request and that Ann Juniker would reply to my request. She didn't so I went through world travel to make the reservation. When my female consultant checked in on Friday she was given a key and walked into a room with a male lying in bed. She went back to desk and they gave her an unoccupied room. After checking into her room an hour passed and a male with a key came into her room. He apologized and left. I am appalled that this hotel would expose anyone to such danger. Beside it being unsafe the room was dirty and needless to say the service is regrettable. I will never be so embarrassed to take anyone else to this hotel. By the way I never did get a reply to my email request.
