horrible customer service!

I called from nc to find out what thier rooms had. The lady cut me off everytime I tried to ask a question. The rooms do not come with microwaves or fridge, you have to put them on hold with a credit card, if your lucky to get one. (after putting one on hold). The ladies tone was a shrud one at that. I know its only 69.00, but I would rather pay the 99.00 for the wonderful service at the Hampton Inn! (even though, they do not have a microwave in the Caryville, TN location either!)
