you get what you pay for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By Sherrie, 1/25/08
The room was dusty, the hallway had a very foul odor. It smelled like animal urine. The sheets on one of the beds had pubic hair on it.The carpet was nasty in the hallways and the rooms. The pool was dirty. The best thing about this hotel was the desk clerk. He was very helpful.

Won't be returning
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/6/07
Although the staff at the hotel was very nice and accommodating, I will not be returning. The "full continental breakfast" was a joke. There was no milk or juice so therefore the only options were bagels or a waffle. The rooms were not very appealing and the heater was incredibly noisy all night long. I even found a used band-aid on the bathroom floor. Although the price was good, it was not a pleasant experience overall and I would recommend a hotel closer to downtown Chattanooga.

Wonderful Hotel!
By Ashley, 10/20/05
This hotel was a very good value. The employee that checked us in was very nice and friendly. He even gave us the number to Papa Johns. We stopped at the Welcome Center and found a coupon for this hotel. It was $39.95 a night. We stayed for two nights and got that rate both night. The room was very clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convient, only about 15 minutes from all of the Lookout Mountain attractions. Breakfast was good, I loved making my own waffles!!! Wonderful hotel! Would stay at again in a heartbeat!!

MADE US FEEL AT HOME
By pat, 10/2/05
We enjoyed our stay there very much. Rooms are spacious & clean. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Owner & staff were super nice & made us feel welcomed. Great rates! They allow pets so that was a BIG PLUS for us. If we are ever in that area, we would definitely stay there again!

Not bad
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/6/05
Face it. You won't get a 4 star room for this price. A large group of us stayed for the weekend, 7 rooms in all. The rooms are good size. The beds were reasonably comfy. The sheets and bedspreads clean. The general building looked a little run down but the location is really good. Our rooms were cleaned and fresh towels left everyday. The bathrooms were in good condition and the air conditioning worked well. The Continental breakfast goes fast so get up early. I'd stay here again. For the price the value was good. If you're looking for 4 star quality here you won't find it but you will find a decent bed to sleep in. Don't go for the pool. It needed a good cleaning. There was a terrible ring around the inside all weekend.

Never again
By Chrissy, 5/16/05
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was bad. The bathroom was the worst. There was a small hole in the wall by the base of the commode that I'm sure some rodent or another enjoyed as an entry way between my room and the hall. The shampoo had been refilled and recapped, so needless to say, I brought my own. People were in and out at ALL hours of the night. I probably got 2 hours total sleep before my sight seeing adventures at Lookout Mtn. Location was very close to my destination, but I would never again see myself staying the evening, let alone a weekend, at this pit of a hotel.
