Super 8 Pulaski Frankewing Area, Pulaski

I called this Super 8 directly to check rates. The man that answered spoke with a heavy accent that I did not recognize. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times and said I had trouble understanding him. There was an extra charge for having a 2nd person in a room with 2 double beds. I was unable to understand what the extra amount was. His response to me as I understood it was "I am speaking English. If you don't understand it's your problem." Then he hung up on me. I called back and he did not answer the phone. I called Super 8 customer service to complain and they said the motels are individually owned and operated and that I would have to contact the owner. I don't know if the man that hung up on me was the owner, a family member or just an employee. This was a very negative experience and has altered my former positive opinion of Super 8. I also called the Giles Co. TN chamber of commerce to complain and was told that this hotel was not a member of that organization.
