Countryside Lodge, Nashville

Would not stay here again. Checked out immediatly after 2 differnt rooms I was put in.The 1st had dirty toilet, you counld wipe dirt off the seat and phone did not work.The 2nd had bugs crawling down phone cord and up headboard of bed.Upon complaining staff very unfriendly sayning she had been yelled at anough that night and did not want to hear it from me.I was the 3rd person to leave that hotel that night and the manager admitted to knowing aboiut bug problem. Good hotel if you want to pay to ldoge roaches, bad hotel for friendly and cleanliness.I cancelled my reservation for cmafest week next year and am glad I went on anextra side trip to find this out.Sometime you get what you pay for and this was not worth squat.

What a dump yall bed bugs and roaches.Dont even think about it.

We arrived in Nashville when temperature dropped to 7 degrees - for a musical even on Saturday – we went to another hotel were we had reservations, but walking in the door, we just didn’t feel welcomed. Noticing the Countryside Lodge and the low rate near by I went in - not knowing what to expect. After all my questions and asking to see their rooms and realizing staff (Robin) was sooo pleasant and accommodating to me, even after she worked the late night shift. We changed our reservation plans and stayed @ Countryside Lodge for 2 nights, and for the first time in weeks, we got the best rest! Even when we were lost on the freeway, I called the lodge and they (Lisa +) did whatever they could to help us get back. It was such a pleasant, Sweet Surprise, for a place of business to treat us like family, no matter what our needs/concerns were. God has a way of allowing us to have just what we need – I grateful Countryside Lodge was there… and Robin and Lisa, Your Hearts, are PRICELESS. Oh Yeah, Not to mention this location is within 5-10mins of so much… We Will Definitely Be Back If/When We Return To Nashville.
