Will never go back!

After a long day at Storybook land, we were all ready to unwind in the new playland pool and hot tub. The pool depth at the greatest is 3 ft. 8 inches. And there is no room for swimming. Thought I'd take a dip in the hot tub. I went over to it and you could see chunks of skin on the water. There was a reddish-brown scum in the corner. It was horrible. We watched our daughter play in the pool and watched at least 20 guests walk up to the hot tub and walk away. I went to the front desk and told them it was disgusting and they told me someone would look at it right away. We went back to the pool area, but no one came for the next 45 minutes we were there. The shower in the room had scum on the shelves. There was garbage by the beds (used coffee stirrers). The only good part of this hotel was that pets are allowed, but by looking at other motels in the area, it seems to be a common practice. I have never been disgusted by a Best Western, but this one is not a winner. We will never go back.
