Will not return!
Consumer beware. My husband and I reserved a suite and we were surprised that the Internet picture of a tastefully decorated room at the hotel doesn't exist. I was very upset that the suites looked like they were decorated in the 70's. The ceiling above the whirlpool tub was falling down and covered with mold that smelled. Since we checked in late, we ended up spending a night. I sponged bathed instead of sitting in the tub.
One member of the staff was very accommodating, but what can the staff do when the hotel needs much up-dating. The next day we asked to change rooms, only to find mirrors above the bed (interesting) and lava rock covering the walls of the whirlpool. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. Also, the sofa in the lobby was torn and the doors entering the hotel weren't secure because they didn't shut tight.
We were never able to use the exercise area, because it was shut down due to hockey teams staying at the hotel and the children were damaging the equipment. Why didn't the staff supervise the room, so that guests could use the equipment?
I was so disappointed, because this was our 31st anniversary vacation. The Ramada web site was misleading and I noticed that one year later the picture of the pastel suite is still on the web site.
