It allows pets, but I wouldn't even let my dog stay there.
As we exited I-85, I pointed to the LaQuinta sign and said "Omigosh! This place is a dump!", trying to joke with my wife. But as we drove down a lone road, past two restaurants, past their dumpsters, we finally got to the LaQuinta Inn. My wife looked at me and said, "We're not staying here." The description said this building was built in 1980 and it looks every bit 25 years old plus some. I usually associate LaQuinta Inns with very nice facilities (Duluth, GA Raleigh, NC). I'm surprised they allowed they're nameplate on this one. If you like the sound of traffic, it is located right next to the exit ramp for I-85 onto Woodruff Rd. The hotel clientele hanging around the 2nd floor balcony walkway didn't look very family oriented. For $55 to $65/ night, just save your money and go to the $49/night Microtel Inn down the street. The rooms are small, but at least you'll be alive in the morning.
