Nothing like the pics on website! Room was filthy, hadn't been dusted in months, window lock broken, AC never got room really cool, filthy coffeemakerbut why worry there were no cups,bathroom had broken tiles under sink,peeling wallpaper,toilet ran all night & tub faucet dripped,door hard to open- usually took several tries,no microwave as advertised front desk said they would send one right up it would be delivered in 10 minutes...after 4 phone calls and waiting 2 hours we gave up! No elevator! The place is a maze and is rather scary esp after 8 PM at night! Parking lot is not well lit as advertised. Staff was not helpful or friendly! Never did see the outdoor pool! Blood stains on the underside of the comforter! One day our room had not been cleaned by 4:30PM requested towels from one of the maids who refused to give them to me. Told mgt of problems on checkout He said I'll leave them a note! WHO? He was the manager on duty. Will never stay at another Ramada and advise others coming for graduation to steer clear!!!!

a lot of amenities that were advertised were not available... tiki bar was closed... resturant was closed... there were no towels in one of our rooms... one of the headboards fell off the wall when we leaned on it... the a/c unit froze up in one of the rooms and the other a/c unit wasn't blowing very cool either... but the rooms were clean... and the front desk people were friendly... and security seemed to be good. we reserved rooms 2 months ahead of time and still had rooms on different floors which was not convenient at all.

While the service was fantastic, the rooms were poorly maintained, the walls paper thin, and security breaches inevitable. Our questions were answered quickly and accurately, and with smiling faces each time. The rooms appeared to be coming apart at the seams. Our son saw a roach in his bathroom. People were coming in and out at all hours of the night, and we could hear every word of their conversations. The train tracks and traffic were too nearby to get any quality sleep. The people above us kept their window open so they could yell down to their friends in the parking lot, blasting their radio, heavy on the bass. For about the same price we could have stayed in a much nicer place. And, believe me, next time we will.

This place was nasty, Staff was rude. I can not believe this place has the Ramada name. The rooms were awful. I would not let my dog sleep in the room. We checked in and the right out.

I stayed at the Ramada on Two Notch for one night in July 2007. The next morning, I left my room and came back to find my laptop and bag stolen. Inside the bag was my iPod, Oakley sunglasses, prescription glasses, phone charger, iPod charger, money, and a tie tack my grandfather received from the governor of Indiana for his bravery during World War II. The only person to enter the room was the hotel housekeeper - who did not clean the room or change the towels or make the bed. The only thing she did was steal my laptop and a family heirloom that cannot be replaced. The hotel has done nothing to resolve this situation and they CONTINUE TO EMPLOY HER!!! On top of that, they still charged us for 2 nights stay, when in fact, we left at midnight on the second night because of the horrible security at the hotel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! Security doors clearly labeled "do not prop open" were left open by "slippery when wet signs", chairs, garbage cans, etc. The hotel staff mishandled the entire theft charge, the equipment needed to check the key card access was broken and took 3 days to repair, there was hair on the soap bar in the shower from previous guests, the room was filthy, and management has not returned any of the half dozen calls I have made in regards to this issue. The security lock on the inside of the room door was missing. Painting and remodeling were half done, messes everywhere, the pool was dirty, overall just a very unclean and unsafe place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

This hotel was absolutely nasty. The lobby was dark and dingy. Our room was filthy - wall paper was peeling off, walls were covered with mold in the bathroom, sheets & towels were threadbare. Not only was it dirty, but we did not feel at all safe. On top of that, our reservation was for two nights, $84 a night. When we checked in we were told the first night would be $84, but since the masters was in session (75 miles away) they were changing the rate for the second night to $149. We cancelled and felt fortunate to leave with all our possessions.

The hotel was very good and very accomodating for those of us who like to travel with their pets. The hotel required no deposit as long as the pet was under 60 pounds. The pool area was also very nice. They had indoor and outdoor pools with a game room area and a bar. Our room was clean and orderly.

Here is the list of problems: -Water damage on the walls & ceiling -broken a/c cover large enough for a child to get his/her hand into the cooling coils -Mold on ceilings -Run-down and dirty looking room -Bathroom floor was dirty and mold stained Bathroom ceiling was flaking paint -Tiles in tub/shower cracked and broken -Tub/shower was moldy/mildew covered -Coffee maker was dirty and in poor shape -Showerhead was broken -Spoiled food in mini-fridge -Microwave had old food splatter stuck all over the inside We will NEVER stay there again!

It was the worst hotel I have ever checked into. We checked in and within 15 minutes, checked out. filthy dirty. horrible smell. Dogs barking in surrounding rooms.

This hotel is terrible. As soon as my family and I checked in, we checked out. The rooms weren't clean, teenagers were running throughout the building, the lock on the back entrance door was broken, and plus a few other things. Although this building could be renovated, it really needs to be condemned. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Check out other hotels in the area.
