Comfort Inn Warwick Airport, Warwick

My family booked two rooms for 4 nights at this motel. We were visiting family in the area and this was a convenient location. Our first night was fine, either because we were so tired or because our room was stocked. our second day started to go down hill. The rooms were booked two adults, two kids in each room. so 4 people per room, we were giving one towel. we asked for more towels and were given two hand towels, we requested a refrigerator in our room for a cost of $5 per day and the guy that delivered it was so rude and acted like we had ruined his day by asking for something. so every additional day we stayed we had to ask to have our room vacuumed, walk down to the front desk for more towels because the maids did not give them to us and the breakfast was not worth the effort to go downstairs, it reminded me of a days inn breakfast. the worst part was over the weekend we stayed the entire first floor was booked by young college/high school kids and some of the things going on. as we are walking down the stairs from the third floor you could smell the marijuana and on the first floor was a crushed pepsi can with residue on it. the whole weekend was awful and to top it off we had a fire alarm go off and had to sit outside for a while. not at all an enjoyable experience. so please beware of this place.

Truthfully there is very little positive about this hotel except one, if you like staying at a dirty 1970’s dated décor hotel this is the place for your! I went at a discount website, Hotwire.com, and they noted a sale price for an unnamed 2 ½ star hotel in the Warwick area and I went for it since my experience at similar discount websites, priceline.com, had always been positive. When I checked in I was surprise by deteriorating asphalt entry way, the filthy stained hotel hallway carpets, the graffiti etched elevators and an open view of cleaning/maid facilities with slop sink visible from the hallway accessible to the rooms. I was assigned a filthy room with torn carpet, stained bed spread, stained shower curtains, smells and dust so thick it was hard to breath. I immediately ask for a new room and got a room that was only a (very) little better in quality with dusty carpet, cracked bathroom tiles, and date 70s décor. It was late and I booked through reservation site which was prepaid, Hotwire.com, and didn’t want to go through the hassles of relocating to another hotel. Beware this is not a 2 ½ star hotel as claimed. If you look at the prices there are new hotels in the area that could provide better accommodations. I am weekly in the Warwick/Providence area and have found a 3 star new accommodations for a dollar more a night then I paid for the Comfort Inn. To end on positive note if you like living in a dated and dirty hotel go ahead and check in and spend some money and time, there is something for everyone and if that is your thing enjoy your stay at the Warwick Comfort Inn.

The convenience was great...staff professional....breakfast was good...and vending machines served my needs. Loved getting the daily newspaper. Room was comfortable and clean.... The staff was very helpful. As I said, I would definitely return to this Comfort Inn. The price was great!

After our first stay, we were encouraged by management to give them another chance. We returned on the night of the 28th of April and the experience was markedly different. The manager was helpful, intent on pleasing us, and succeeded. The rooms we were given were significantly better than those of our earlier stay. The staff were courteous and helpful. The stay was a much more pleasant one. Based on this experience, I would recommend this hotel to others. The cost of the stay was still about 1/3 higher than if we had booked directly with the hotel. I would not book through the airline on any future stay.

The best part of this place was its proximity to the airport. We booked thru Southwest Air. The room was dirty, some lights were out, bed coverings were dirty and stained and we had to change rooms twice to get a moderately clean room. We were required to pay for our room in full, in advance (in 41 years of travelling on business, I have never been required to do this). When we got our bill, it reflected a cost 1/3/ lower than what we paid. When I asked about this I was told that since we booked through the airline, they had to take their cut.If this is a five star motel, someone ought to relook their ratings.

I have stayed here 3 times ove the last couple of years and have no complaints. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel with lots of amenities, this is not the place for you. The price is right, free breakfast with eggs, waffles, coffe, muffins etc...I always choose the Comfort Inn when I visit my family in Rhode Island.

I stayed for a night, and it was very comfortable, clean, the rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. It's right next to the airport with a free airport shuttle. It's about 10 miles from downtown- a $30 dollar cab ride one way, though. Exercise room is appreciated, and continental breakfast included.

some one came into my room unauthorized while i was gone and left a knife in my room and the night manager did not care. The bed sheets were dirty. There was urine stains on the comforters. The toilets wouldnt flush correctly. I felt very unsafe because were next to the stairwell so people were able to come in an out with being noticed.

Arrived late to a very damp and dirty room. Beds look like they had been made by two 3 year olds. Poorly vacuumed and the carpet by the air conditioner was quite damp - perhaps a storm had rained in on it? The next morning, we complained and were promptly given a new clean room that was NOT damp. The price was outlandish for the quality. Service was outstanding. Bravo for the employees (but not the cleaning staff for the 2nd floor!)

We travel quite often. This was our first visit to Rhode Island but it will not be our last. This hotel was so comfortable, especially after traveling 14 hours on the road. We were exhausted after the long drive and was not suppose to check in until 3pm the receptionist was so courteous and got us in our room at 11:30am. We thank you for your hospitality...
