Impeccable Service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/1/11
We held a conference/class at the Dolce Valley Forge and we have to commend the entire staff there. My entire team was more than impressed with the level of service that extended from every employee of the hotel. There was not one employee (from cleaning staff to front desk to management) that did not welcome us, wish us a good day, etc. When setting up for our event in the meeting room, we met the entire staff that would be assisting us that day. Everyone came in and introduced him/herself, gave us contact information, etc. I give my highest recommendation to the entire staff at Dolce. If you are planning an event, call and ask for Megan Spampinato…she’ll take great care of you. Also, after my event, I had lost a small bag- it didn’t look like much, but it contained some valuable paperwork for me. I talked with Megan over two days and she looked all over the hotel and talked to all of the staff until she helped me locate my bag. Again, the service went well beyond any expectations I had for hotel service. I can’t wait to host our next event at Dolce Valley Forge!

Exceeded my expectations!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/23/11
PA is not my favorite state and so when my family and I had to stay overnight I wasn't thrilled and had very low expectations. Well, Dolce Valley Forge made the difference! We had a really good stay there! The rooms are chic, trendy and very comfortable. Front Desk staff was AMAZING! The food was ok but not horrible and Housekeeping was very responsive and helpful. This property is very well-run and the staff is well-trained. Now PA is no longer a drag to visit!

Very Overrated
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/25/09
This hotel makes a nice presentation. The lobby is nice, it has a clean, attractive pool, roomy and updated workout center and a great location for colleges or sightseeing. However, service was VERY poor. We booked a room that included breakfast. On the last day we were told "we don't offer breakfast anymore." After speaking to the manager, she very reluctantly tossed us a couple of vouchers for breakfast. This behavior is fairly representative of the overall customer service. The other problem is that although the rooms were clean and updated, the general noise level was unacceptable. From inside the rooms we could hear conversations in the hall, toilets flushing, conversations in the room next door and doors shutting all night long. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

my reservation was meaningless
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/12/08
I had a reservation through work and arrived at 11:30 p.m. I was told that no rooms were available by one front desk person. Another person told me that rooms were still available for guests who had not arrived yet, who were booked for 2 nights. Since I was only booked for 1, the other (not arrived) guests took priority. The Dolce sent me to another hotel (not NEARLY as nice) and inconveniently located 20 minutes away, in spite of the fact that my colleagues were already checked in. This is entirely unacceptable, and I told them that, but they didn't care. I would never book there again knowing that I was risking not having a place to stay, and that customer service is not a priority for this establishment.

Superb Location for a Hotel
By PhuL, 9/26/05
This place was an absolute joy to stay at. It is located directly across from King of Prussia Mall, one of the largest malls in all of America. It is easily accessible from the PA Turnpike, I-76 or PA Route 202. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were as well.

Convenience is everything.
By Pat, 8/27/05
I very much like that this Hotel is directly across the boulevard from the King of Prussia Mall which makes shopping and resting extremely pleasurable. I like the fact the if I tire out from shopping and I am with others who want to stay I can just go back to my room and come back to the mall at a later time and it just takes a few minutes. I always come back to this Hotel also because it is always clean, comfortable and the staff always is professional.

nice rooms but poor to bad restaurant service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/25/05
This hotel has fairly nice rooms, however, it is not the cleanest hotel that we have ever stayed in. Front desk was very nice, however, the restaurant service is terrible. Super snotty waiter in the evening, who could care less, and even seemed annoyed by having customers. The morning/lunch service is even worse. Would not recommend at all.
