Worst ever

Hotel going through renovations. I spent four nights there on business travel. On the first night, they had given away the room I had reserved (despite my indicating late checkin) and the new room had double beds (instead of a king), no alarm clock, no TV remote, no other amenities (iron, fridge, etc.). The room key also did not work. For the next night, I had to move out (they couldn't move my bags or store them) and ask for another room in the afternoon. I was then given a room that was obviously in use by someone else (food and belongings in the room). I was reassigned and the key did not work. The door to the room was warped so that daylight and a cool breeze came in the room (as well as noise). Each night I would finish work and return to find that the key didn't work. The desk clerk eventually gave us several keys, including one marked "staff". Outside the room was the mess of construction and jack hammering until 6:00. Halls were in awful, dirty, dusty, shape. The breakfast offered was lame and construction workers were constantly buzzing around (enjoying the breakfast bar by the way). Nobody should need to put up with this after a long day of work away from home.
