Skyview Plaza Hotel and Suites, a Master Hosts Hotel, Philadelphia

Do NOT use the shuttle provided by the hotel. The driver was obviously on drugs stoned out of his mind and took 2 and a half hours to locate us at the airport. Extremely unprofessional individual. Waited 11:30pm from the airport, got picked up 1:50am!!!!!

This hotel happened to be very convenient to the one location that we needed to go to which was the convention center and there were two different options to get there. You would be able to either take the cab or the bus depending on how much money that you want to spend. The front desk clerk was great when I had accidentally booked for a smoking room, he had done what he can to make sure that I would get my head into a non smoking room. The drivers at night time are very courteous and work very hard and made my stay even better. Would have been good if the restaurant was open but there was still a restaurant that was right across the street which made it very easy also.

We had needed to go to the convention center and came across this hotel after almost every other hotel was sold out and we needed to book a room right away before we were left without a room for the night. I came across this hotel and the price was great. After the reviews I was like no one I can't do this but I had no choice and it was a bang for the buck. You get all your basic amentities and cabs are available to the convention center or a bus if you didn't want to spend much money. This is great locations for the price.

I had went to the hotel for a ball game and it was in walking distance of the ballpark and seemed very convenient. Also, the price was really good.

It could not have been worse. Dirty sheets, not hot water or heat. No lamp shades. You are better off sleeping in your car. I would give this negative points if it were possible. The only good review are probably coming from the owners.

Visited, toured a couple of rooms, appeared clean and blocked 30 rooms for reunion. Visited again, with two other relatives, toured rooms, appeared clean. What a dissapointment. First night there was minimal air in the ballroom and a leak in the ceiling. First night of reunion stay there were several rooms that were infested with bed bugs, no shower curtains, trash behind bed, one broken bed just to name a few. It was devistating. There was only one employee working behind the desk to assist the large group of relatives that were arriving on buses. The pool wasn't functionable and they new well in advance that there were two large groups staying at the hotel that weekend. It was a very sad expierence for me and many others. Don't stay there. Find somewhere else to stay, please.

The hotel room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice. It was close and convinient to the stadiums. I was very happy! The elevators aren't that bad. Overall recommendable.

Horrible....This the hotel(Travel Lodge Hotel) that 2 kids from New York back in the mid 90's drowned in the pool....On two of the floors there are Red Cross victims (women and children)running threw out the building...NASTY...the location is convenient, not comforable, horrible service...deadly elevator...I DONT RECOMMEND this place for families....only booty calls!

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. I was originally staying at this hotel to meet with friends to go to a Phillies game. When I arrived at this hotel, the area was really bad. We went up to the room to drop off the bags, and there was an open package of rat poison strewn all across the floor. There were bottle caps on the floor and white powder on the beds. Without another hotel room booked we checked out with the possibility of maybe sleeping in our car. The woman at the concierge was VERY nice, she refunded our money without a problem and sympathized with us. I travel ALOT and this was really the WORST of the worst. The staff was nice is the only good thing I could say.

This hotel has just been renovated recently and is a very good hotel to stay at. The service is good; also the hotel staff was very nice to their customers. I definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.
