Nittany Lion Inn, State College

I have stayed here several times on business. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is great. Food in the restaurant and room service are very good. I was very impressed with room service, it was both quick and very tasty. A lot of hotels have awful room service that takes forever and the food is cold. That is definately not the case here. The rooms are a bit pricey and I probably would not stay here if I had to foot the bill, but if you got the money to spend, its worth it for the location and wonderful service.

Upon arrival the check in was easy and we were in our room within minutes of arriving. We then went to Whiskers for something to eat and were very pleased with the service and the quality of the food. Adelle the bartender was very nice and informative. We had breakfast in the dining room the next day and Julie was very nice also. The food was very good and not over priced. We made reservations for the evening meal as well as the Sunday Brunch. It was so convenient to be on campus. We have had three other children attend Penn State and this is the first time we stayed at the Inn and would do it again in a heartbeat.
