Four Points by Sheraton Chambersburg, Chambersburg

Location is good with many things to see and do nearby, however, if you want to leave with with all your belongings (valuable or not) do NOT stay at this hotel!!!! During our stay a pair of brand new expensive shoes (that had only been worn twice) came up missing and when the staff was notified they did nothing!! Staff was friendly at check in and check out however when a problem arose they could have cared less about you as a customer and did nothing to try and help or make things right! After filing a complaint the only thing I recieved was an email that stated they were sorry to hear about the bad experience with their hotel. So if you would like to keep what is rightfully yours don't stay here or atleast pack your bags and take everything with you each time you leave your room!!!

It was a pleasant surprise. Clean and welcoming. They had cookies and coffee available in the lobby all day. More plush than I expected. Very happy and approved by both my children!

whenever i travel thru the chambersburg area i will always stay here. very clean and a very polite staff and also very comfortable. and the breakfast bar was awesome. we will be back soon

My parents and myself learned of this hotel from a coupon in the Pennsylvania Traveller's guide. Since we were planning on visiting Gettysburg, we stopped here for both location and value. The desk clerk let us check in before the check in time. Our room was nicely furnished and exceptionally clean. The hotel also features stand-up roll-away beds, which offer as much support as a normal mattress and box springs. The continental breakfast was good and I also enjoyed the internet access station off the main lobby, which offered a free computer station with free access for guests. The best hotel stay out of a six night trip. Highly recommended.
