NEVER AGAIN AT THIS HOTEL!

Called to book a room waited 45 minutes, upon checkout was charged a different price then receipt showed! Called back next day, was put on hold again for a LONG time, problem has NOT been resolved yet. called at 5:13PM 12/8/08, hopefully someone gets FIRED!

Fantastic Service - Great Rooms!

From the rooms to the food to the people who work there. PERFECT! I love this setup. Great bar and nice dinning. Highly Recommed to others.

Great place to stay!

I think it was perfect. Clean rooms, great food, nice people. Price was great. I will stay there again in the future. You have to try their chesse steaks. WOW! Thanks Holiday inn for keeping my stay there like home when away from it.

Not best place to go.

First off, Manager lies constantly. 2nd, When had problem there general manager no were to be found. 3rd. Broken TV. 4th. Staff knows nothing about anything. Now I will give it that the hotel was clean. And bar area was nice. They have high speed internet and security cameras. Always a plus. Hope next time is better then last. I will give them 1 more shot.

Barely Acceptable

1) When we arrived we had to wait for one of the counter clerks to finish a 5 minute in person conversation with a ?friend at the counter. 2) The TV didn't work they offered to moved our room - we declined they said they would fix the TV tomorrow 3) We got an unsolicited 4:25am wake up call (I guess the tenant before us requested this) 4) The breakfast buffet was almost cafeteria style food. 5) Tv was never fixed 6) Got another wake up 4:25am call the second and last morning we were there. On the plus side. It is a clean facility, plenty of parking and good access to the freeway.

Was hoping for more

I've stayed at holiday inn's before. Was expecting the basics nothing more. This hotel didn't even come close. Problems included: - a door that didn't properly close. I fell asleep not knowing my door was unlocked - a tub that took 30 minutes to drain. I could only take a 5 minute shower before it was close to overflowing - a very uncomfortable bed with foam bed sheets - rush and corrosion on just about everything.
