Don't waste your time or money

The lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful. The inside of the hotel was wonderful, absolutely beautiful...but once we got in the room, none of that seemed to matter anymore. You could tell the room had not been dusted in ages and there were huge stains on the sofabed. The wet bar that was advertised consisted of 2 bottles of water that if you drank, would cost you $5.00 a piece. There was no microwave and it was advertised as a suite with microwave and refrigerator. The cabinets were locked and you had to have a key to unlock them, which we were not given when we checked in. The bedroom itself was ok, however the pillow cases had stains on them. The bathroom was decent. The sheets on the pull out sofa looked as if they had not been changed in a while. For what you pay for these suites, they are definately NOT WORTH IT. Sheraton has a reputation for being an upscale hotel. Not this one. I would look elsewhere. However, it is a convenient location if youre in town for a concert...as its only a couple miles to the arena.
