The board of health should close this hotel. It was dirty. It smelled. There is no elevator, you enter your room by climbing stairs from the outside! Not safe. Online advertising very false and deceitful. Online pictures look great ..... real rooms, not so. There was black mold on the ceiling. Carpet not vacuumed. Bathroom door filthy. Woman stocking the "continental breakfast" placed pastries on a tray with ungloved hands, the same hands that had just lightly washed a table top. What a nightmare! Words just can't describe how horrible this place is. Sadly, the manager was very nice and I actually felt sorry for him. Still wasn't worth staying the second night. We got out of there as soon as we could. Hopefully, we didn't bring home any bed bugs!! Time will tell........

This hotel is DISGUSTING! We found it online and made reservations, ignoring the comments and loving the pictures. I was excited because of the pools and tennis court. When we got there, it was gross right off the bat! We got our keys and looked in the three rooms we reserved. The first room smelled AWFUL. All three rooms had MOLD in the bathrooms - and it was EVERYWHERE. The third room wasn't even locked. You went in, and the sheets, comforter, pillow cases, everything from the beds was thrown all over the room! And it stunk. We went back to the front desk and told the lady we didn't want to stay and we wanted our money back. She answered right away with "No problem.", so they must get that all the time! When we checked in, a man was at the front desk complaining that his wife saw bugs and a cricket in their room, and neither of them were staying. Another couple left as well. So, they lost 5 rooms total that day. I'm GLAD we left. That place is an AWFUL DUMP that NO ONE should stay at. Avoid this hotel at all costs! It's horrible! :(

We went in November it was a girls weekend away. To relax and do some shopping at the outlets. They told us when we made our reservations that it was right off of I believe a major highway wrong. We walked into our room and it smelled so bad like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. We went to the indoor swimming pool that was disgusting the water was green. It was nasty. The continental breakfast was ok. The lady that was working the breakfast was very friendly. We will never go back there again.

Shortly after check-in to our room, our locked door abruptly opened with a pass key being used by what appeared to be a maintenance (?) person. No excuse for not knocking or his reason for entering the room was not given - just a departure as abrupt as his entering. The bathroom was reasonably clean, however, the carpet didn't appear to have been vacuumed for some time - the most disgusting part was someone's toenails on the uncleaned carpet. The bed linens were clean, but threadbare and the mattress not much better. It had a definite sway back. The exterior steps had several cigarette butts laying on them, along with numerous snack papers, cans, etc. These were still there the next morning when we left. We had to interrupt what appeared to be a frivolous conversation among several employees the next AM in order to check out. They seemed to be greatly irritated at our interruption. (We waited at the front counter for 5 min. before interrupting them)

I was hesitant because of the reviews, but we had a very good stay. Our room was very clean. We had plenty of hot water and clean towels each day. The bed was very comfortable. The manager and the staff that took care of breakfast were all very nice. The continental breakfast was perfect for us. We didn't need the ice machine because we had a refrigerator in our room and kept our drinks in there.

This motel was absolutely disgusting! The staff was very rude. The place is very dirty. There were broken glass, beer bottles, and trash everywhere! The pool was green and we could actually see the algae growing in it! Broken chairs and tables were lined up in the hallway. The room itself was dirty and the sheets looked they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I called the front desk to complain and was told there was no manager on duty and if we didn't like it we could leave! Don't waste your time or money.

We stayed with 3 other couples from Canada in November 06 after a booking on the internet. Facilities were filthy dirty, management staff very unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, and some rooms were infested with bed bugs. One couple in our group unwittingly brought bed bugs home with them! This was probably my most unpleasant hotel stay ever, and the local Chamber of Commerce who I spoke with is very familiar with the many complaints from guests at this facility.

The only reason we even spent a night at this dump we were traveling with a church group from NC on the way to Niagara Falls/Amish tour. They obsviosly didn't check out the reviews, just trying to save a buck, for first off they place doesn't have an elevator, we had to drag heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The rooms were dirty, bathroom plumbing awful. Beds sheets had not been changed, just nasty and no one wanted to sleep in their beds. So-called continental breakfast was fair. TVkept shutting off, and there was so much dust on everything you could write your name. Staff not very friendly; just a low budget NIGHTMARE.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at, Swimming Pool was dirty with lots of dead flies in the water. AC was making a lot of noise. Though the rooms were cleaned from inside, outside window glasses of the rooms and walkways were probably not cleaned up for months. Breakfast was no where close to continental and the cheese spread they served was smelling (probably not refrigerated well). Even the two Ice vending machines at the hotel were not working. The hotel staff was not even aware of the problems with their property or willing to suggest/arrange something else. I wish I had not booked my stay at Days Inn at this location and would suggest people to go here as the last choice

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we checked in, we had to be moved because the bathroom was dirty. In the room we were moved to, there was dust everywhere due to working on a room nearby and I had to clean it myself because they didn't have any other rooms available. The customer service in this hotel is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone!
