The hotel is conviently located right off the freeway which is why we stopped here. My husband is handicapped and was not feeling well. We checked into a handicap room and he immediately laid down. When I came to bed a couple of hours later, I realized the bed was so broken down and soft I might not be able to get up. It was too late and my husband was too exhausted to try to move. When I told them about it the next morning, I was told that was one of the new beds so it couldn't have been bad. My back says otherwise. There was also a bad smell in the room. I was also told a manager would call me-has not happened. Check the room first and be warned- before staying here.

Great service and value

We have stayed at the Quality Inn and Sites in Medford several times and have always been pleased with the friendly service we have received. Each time we've been there, we've needed transportation to the airport and the driver remembered us. We will continue to book our reservations in Medford at the Quality Inn.

We stayed there two nights for our trip to Crater Lake. It took us almost 2hrs to get to Crater Lake from the inn. The staff is super friendly to everyone. I enjoyed the stay.

Excellent Service

The staff really take care of their guests. When I called, they checked to see if we had any issues for mobility and, as a result, made sure we had a room on the ground floor. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When we return to Medford, we'll go back to the Windmill again!

Excellent location.Spent a weekend of dog agility at Central Point. Very convenient location. VERY dog FRIENDLY !! Clean, quiet rooms. Helpful employees. Great continental breakfast. Use of computer with internet access. Would definitely return !!!
