Sunriver Resort, Sunriver

We spent the weekend at Sunriver Resort and it completely exceeded our expectations. We were treated so thoughtfully by every staff member. Our room was extraordinary and we were delighted by the decor and amenities. The resort gave us a few complimentary gifts because it was our anniversary, which were so very thoughtful and a wonderful surprise to us. We had a fantastic time and cannot wait to return.

Sunriver Resort is the bomb! The people who work there go out of your way to make sure that your needs are taken care of. Friendly, courteous and attentive. As a golfer, they did everything to make sure that I had a good time, including picking me up in a shuttle and taking me to the course I wanted to play on that day. And when I was done, a shuttle came and got me. The food in the restaurant was excellent and fairly priced as well. The spa was a godsend after two days of golf and bicycle riding. Steam baths, saunas, jacuzzi's massages its all available. I did a hot stone massage and I it was excellent. Kudos to the folks at Sunriver Resort!!!

Huge condo unit...actually larger with more amenities than adverstised. Gracious staff and very good restaurants. Great location in reference to Mt. Bachelor. On golf course with excellent view.

Sunriver is a pretty location and the Sunriver Resort is beautiful, but that is about where it all ends. The staff at the resort are semi-friendly but they do kind of act like they are better than the guest. They took to long to check me in. The house I rented looked nice, but it was not the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. It turned out to be an older home, not the luxury accomodations I thought I was getting. Then things didn't work the best like the tv would shot off randomly, the smoke detector went of in the middle of the night (two different nights). So really for going to a Destinations Resort I was disappointed. In addition there is no shopping in the Sunriver Mall. I would guess that half the spaces are unoccupied. In all I think Sunriver has passed it's prime and there are new and better places to stay.

Stayed 2 nights. Romance package was great! Spa treatment was good, if you do a facial make sure to enjoy the spa lockerroom before the facial or you will feel like the lotions and such come right off in the steam room. Did the "Sundari supplifing"-very very relaxing! plan to be lazy the rest of the day after it. However my face broke out 3 days after like crazy-I'm 25 and have good skin so it must have been the facial I'm guessing as it was my 1st one. As guest we were able to call the shuddle that took us anywhere in Sunriver-very convient. The Grille resterant was exquisit! The main indoor pool was clean but not up to par with the rest of the resort. Great room, big comfy comforters. Soak it up for all it's worth! Have fun, a great place to be!
