A few problems
While the location is tremendously convenient (across the street from the Convention Center and the Max line), we had several problems during our stay. One is that the high speed wireless does not work in all areas of the hotel, so we had to go down to the lobby any time we wanted to access the Internet. The desk clerk told me that their system has the ability to make 100 connections, but there are 180 rooms. I could get a great connection in the hall outside my room, but none at all in the room.
The other is that the hotel turns off the heat/AC when the temperature is between 55 - 70 degrees, and you have to rely on a small, noisy and hard to operated space heater if for example, the temperature is 57 degress and you would like to be comfortably warm. I awoke every hour all night long as the heater roared away.
The staff does a decent job, and the rooms are okay, but overall I wouldn't stay there again.
