OMG, never again

The room was filthy, a huge dead cockroach in the bathroom, the carpeting was horridly stained.. my brand new socks got dirty FIVE minutes in the room.. we were affriad to see the beds in fear of bedbugs.. I went to the office and got a full refund... I called a place near the airport and got a 2 bed queen suite with a mini livingroom, fridge and microwave, coffee pot and a CLEAN pool for LESS then what Hojo's was going to charge me..

Think Twice!

I couldn't sleep a wink! If your looking for a good nights sleep I suggest you you go somewhere else. Freeway noise, very disturbing. Blankets and linen a little on the shabby side. My honest opinion, not the Best Western I remember. Will try Comfort Suites next time, comparably prised but much nicer.

Don't leave valuables behind

First, our room did not have doors between the tub shower/sink section and rest of the room. After showering, the room was filled with steam so even the TV steamed up. Weird...I asked if all the rooms were like this and they replied, "yes". The toilet was in a separate small room. I travel alot and have never seen anything like this. If I was traveling with a friend/relative instead of a spouse, I wouldn't have any privacy in the shower/bath. Next, we accidently left our hanging clothes behind (at least three nice shirts). We contacted the hotel the next day and several times within the next week. They said housekeeping would call us back and this NEVER happened. Poor service, even if they couldn't find the shirts they could have returned the call. Will not stay here again and this gives Best Western a bad rap. I usually try to stay at B.W. in an unknown area, but will think twice next time.
