I liked everything about the Quality Inn Southwest. The staff was not only friendly, but I felt as if I had known them for a lifetime. They were very courteous and kind. The rooms were very clean and well managed and the SHOWER in my room, well let's just say, I could have stayed in for hours. Always had hot water, and there is nothing like a good hot shower with lots of steam! It was so peaceful there and I definitely plan to return to Oklahoma City in the near future, and I plan to stay at my home away from home ( The Quality Inn Southwest ). Thank you so much for making my stay with you pleasant.

Huge improvement

When you walk in the hotel has a home away from home feeling, the staff greats you and has fresh baked cookies for you. The rooms were standard size however, we were very comfortable.

Non-smoker got smoking room

We thought we had booked a non-smoking handicap room but when we got to the motel we had been booked into a smoking handicap room. There were no other non-smoking rooms available. We decided to stay but in the morning everything we had smelt like stail smoke. A piece of the shower fell off while my husband was showering and the glass plate for the Microwave oven was missing. The bed was comfortable and room was neat. Desk clerks were very helpful when asked a question. Next time we will not stay in a smoking room and insist on another room for non-smoker or book else where. Mrs.C, Merced, CA
