Ramada Inn Airport, Cleveland

The best part of this place is NOTHING. the staff is unfriendly, the service is bad. First off i booked my 2 bed room in march and i just stayed there this july, they gave us the wrong room, then the right room the air conditioner didnt work it was almost 100degrees out. The pool looks pretty and clean but it's not, they dont even turn on the filter and it was cloudy.One more thing if you have any DOG allergies dont stay here i had to find out the hard way with my son, they allow dogs. I would NOT stay here again.

We were pleased with our stay there. We wanted a motel close to the airport with clean rooms and good shuttle service. We would stay there again.

This hotel isnt even good enough for a night of just sleeping. You constantly will have children running up and down the halls/stairs at all hours of the night, as if the airplanes weren't enough. The service was terrible, We had to switch rooms the first 2 minutes we were there, due to broken furniture in pieces everywhere, dirty furniture, toys and candy on the floor. And then even when we got to our new room, We didnt have a remote, even when we called down to have one brought the desk clerk claimed to not have anymore. What kind of Hotel doesnt have enough remotes for every room? And free breakfast?? Id sure hope so, because its would have been rediculous to charge for that. No juice, No donuts, warm milk, barely any fruit. Horrible experience, Dont do it!!!

We booked four rooms for three nights and enjoyed our stay there. The previous reviewer regarding Froggy's Bar was correct, as to being somewhat of a "dive", but that is an independent, although attached local sports bar and the food and drink there were cheap and surprisingly good! I'd highly recommend the nearby 100th Bomb Wing Restaurant for drinks and dining. The hotel is close to the airport, with complimentary shuttle, and free continental breakfast, and has everything that a mid-cost, airport chain motel should have. We enjoyed our stay there, and appreciated the management's friendly and courteous assistance.

The picture on this ad is just wrong!!!!!! This place is a dive. The restaurant is a bar called Froggys. Not a good place to sleep on a weekend night.
